Julie has been in full-time practice in Regina since January 2005. In addition to private practice and being a mother, Julie is actively involved in leading classes, workshops and retreats, speaking to corporate and non-profit groups, and hosting public lectures.
In the last 16 years, Julie has expanded her healing toolkit and has studied shamanic healing with Jose and Lena Stevens (The PowerPath), became a Reiki Master, and incorporates energy work in the forms of shamanic journeying, drum journeys, Reiki, and acupuncture into her practice. She has also studied attachment theory extensively with her mentor, Kimberly Barthel and is well versed in compassionate inquiry, generous listening, and has done additional training through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioural Medicine and is considered to be a trauma-informed practitioner. She loves the outdoors, moving her body with nature as her church, she consider herself to be a strongly spiritual person and is a dedicated student of A Course In Miracles.
Her passion lies in helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom and soul essence, thus allowing her patients' "inner experts" to co-create their treatment plans along with her intuition and educational expertise.
